Wake up to world-class surf breaks right outside your door. Southern Dream is located directly in front of Panga Drops and a five-minute walk to Playa Colorados. We can arrange surfboard rentals, surf guiding, or surf lessons to help you get the most out of your time here. You can take a boat or a car to a half dozen other amazing surf breaks - all located less than 30 minutes from the house. Surf lessons and guiding can be easily arranged by our property manager who is on call to ensure you have an amazing trip.
Golf, Yoga, Fishing, Biking, Spa
Located in the high-end gated community of Hacienda Iguana Golf and Beach Club where a world of activities await. A challenging and never-crowded 9-hole golf course is on the property as is a community beach club, pickleball courts and a choice of restaurants featuring local and organic fare. The house is stocked with yoga mats and blocks. Yoga lessons, massages and private training can be arranged in the villa or on the beach. We can also organize car or boat trips to take you off property to explore all that Nicaragua has to offer or rent bikes, horses or ATVs to help you explore the trails nearby.
